This was a special project for Marcus Construction Services, as this home has a very close personal relation to the Marcus Group of Companies. Originally designed and constructed as a custom home in 1959, the new Owner wanted to highlight the architectural details of the past rather than change or remove them completely. The final outcome not only showcased the many original details throughout the home but also upgraded the home to include many modern improvements.
